We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at Hull.  You will have a minimum of 3 years’ commercial parts experience ideally within a franchised dealership.

 

You must provide the highest standard of quality and service; build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers. You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ordering specialist parts, undertaking inventory checks to ensure all parts are delivered and are correct. 

 

You will be expected to maintain your own product knowledge and awareness of promotions etc.

 

It is key that you have the following:

 

  • Excellent customer service skills dealing with internal and external customers
  • Ability to provide sound advice and guidance on products and parts
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately and promptly
  • Knowledge of stock control
  • Team player
  • Fork lift truck licence (desirable)

 

Summary

 

Four week rotating shift pattern covering earlies, days & lates including weekends
