We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to complement the existing team at our busy depot in Hull.  You will provide a courteous and efficient service ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.  You will be responsible for Vehicle scheduling & planning, R2C, Customer liaison, & MOT bookings in line with manufacturer’s guidelines.


You will work closely with colleagues within the Service Team, Workshop and Parts departments on routine and ad hoc issues.


It is key that you have the following:


  • Experience of working in a similar environment
  • Experience of a service industry dealing with customers via various methods
  • Experience of working with databases
  • Excellent time management, organisational and IT skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Good levels of numeracy and literacy
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount
  • Experience of working with multiple teams
  • Technical background desirable but not essential

Hours of work:


Rotating shift pattern which includes weekends and Bank Holidays
