We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Depot.  You will provide a courteous and efficient reception service ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.  You will be responsible for R2C, truck service scheduling, MOT bookings in line with manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations.


You will work closely with the workshop, parts and sales teams.


It is key that you have the following:


  • Experience of working in a similar environment with excellent customer skills
  • Good experience of a service industry dealing with customers via various methods
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of working with databases
  • Excellent time management, organisational and IT skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Good levels of numeracy and literacy
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount
  • Experience of working with multiple teams
  • Driving licence is desirable
  • Technical background desirable

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday 07.30/16.30 (week1) & 09.30/18.00 (Week 2) (incl. ½ hour unpaid Lunch)

Plus alternate Saturday – 07.30 – 12.00 (2 Week Rota)
